Welcome to IBQ Services. By accessing or purchasing any of our services—including dedicated servers, Minecraft server hosting, web hosting, or plugin licenses—you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

• **Dedicated Servers** – Custom high-performance servers for private or business use.
• **Minecraft Servers** – Preconfigured or customizable game server hosting for Minecraft Java/Bedrock.
• **Web Hosting** – Shared and private hosting plans for websites and web applications.
• **Plugin Licenses** – Paid access to exclusive Minecraft plugins developed by or licensed through IBQ.

2. Payment Terms

• All services require upfront payment before activation. No services are provided before payment is confirmed.
• Recurring services (e.g., Minecraft servers, hosting) are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Failure to pay on time will result in suspension after 48 hours and termination after 5 days of non-payment.
• Plugin licenses are one-time purchases unless specified otherwise. Licenses are non-transferable and non-refundable.

3. License Terms for Plugins

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on a single server unless you’ve purchased a multi-server license.
• Reverse-engineering, redistributing, or reselling our plugins is strictly prohibited.
• Violating license terms may result in permanent revocation without refund.

4. Fair Use & Server Rules

• No illegal content or activity, including but not limited to: malware, phishing, DDoS tools, or stolen software.
• For Minecraft servers: excessive CPU/RAM usage due to misconfigured plugins/mods may result in throttling or termination.
• For web hosting: no adult content, crypto mining, or file hosting unless explicitly allowed in your plan.

5. Refund Policy

• All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided unless required by law or explicitly stated in a promotional offer.
• Refunds for plugin licenses are never issued due to the nature of digital delivery.
• Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

6. Backups & Data Protection

While IBQ Services may provide backup tools, you are fully responsible for maintaining regular backups. IBQ is not liable for data loss under any circumstances.

7. Service Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime on all services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime caused by hardware failure, maintenance, or third-party network issues.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. No refunds will be issued for terminated services due to policy violations.

9. Privacy & Security

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We handle your data responsibly and do not sell or share personal information without consent.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Netherlands.
